Today’s Energy: Becoming Me Was the Leap

Rune of the Day: Laguz
This rune is the deep water. Not the storm, not the crash—just the current pulling us gently into the truth we already know. It’s asking us to stop forcing, to stop gripping, to feel what wants to rise. Laguz says: your intuition is not a whisper. It’s a wave. Let it carry you. You don’t have to make it make sense. You just have to trust that you’re being moved exactly where you’re meant to be.

Spirit Animal Medicine: Butterfly
Butterfly medicine is here as a quiet witness to your transformation. She’s not saying, “Look at me!” She’s saying, “Look at you. Look at what you’ve survived. Look at what’s trying to bloom.” This isn’t the beginning of change. It’s the middle. You’ve already let go. You’ve already broken open. Now the wings form. Now the colors return.

You are already enough—even in the in-between. You don’t have to prove your magic. You are the magic. Today, spirit asks you to leap not because it’s safe, but because you know it’s time. You will be caught. You will be met. You will be supported. Let this day be an offering—of faith, of trust, of deep inner yes.

Let this be a gentle space to reflect:
Where am I being asked to surrender control?

What wants to grow through me right now—if I stop resisting?

What has already changed that I haven’t honored?

My Personal Reflection:
There’s something inside me that still fears I won’t be met if I show up as the whole version of myself. But this pull—to speak, to share, to offer these messages—is bigger than the fear. Laguz reminds me that my channel is open when I stop trying to force clarity and just feel it. Butterfly tells me I’m not who I was a year ago. Or even a month ago. And I don’t have to explain that to anyone. My becoming is valid. My being is enough.

Let yourself be water.
Let yourself be wings.
Let yourself be.
That’s more than enough.

With ALL the LOVE,
Ciearra Johnson
